Where it started
I made it because I hurt.
I started dealing with arthritis and found that most of the pain relief products out there were either full of synthetic chemicals I didn't want on my skin, or they just didn't work.
So I started studying essential oils — their chemistry, their documented therapeutic effects, how they absorb transdermally, which carrier oils amplify them. I started formulating my own blends. And then something I made actually worked.
That was the beginning. Once I knew I could make something that worked, I kept going.
My approach
I don't put anything in my products I wouldn't put on my own skin.
No synthetic fragrances. No parabens. No mystery fillers. Every ingredient is chosen for what it does, not to pad a formula or cut costs.
Ingredient integrity
If I can't tell you what it does and why it's in there, it doesn't go in. My labels mean something.
Therapeutic intent
I'm not making products that smell nice and do nothing. Every formula starts with a purpose — pain, sleep, stress, dry skin, inflammation.
Small batch, fresh stock
I make everything in small batches in Ione. That means the product you get is fresh, not sitting in a warehouse. It also means I know every batch personally.

I'm a moderator for Plant Therapy's online community forums, where I work with thousands of people on essential oil use and safety. This community deepens my knowledge every day.
